This is an old Amish recipe and it is super-easy and so delicious!! There are many variations of this recipe, but I have found this one to be the most flavorful.
Blend flour into melted butter. Add brown sugar; mix thoroughly. Add cream and vanilla and stir until well blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell (homemade pie crust or store bought) and bake in a 375-degree oven for 50-55 minutes (center will be jiggly like Jello when removed, but it should not be liquid). Cool. Serves 6-8.
