Oatmeal cookies without the raisins. Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, with the delicious taste of peanut butter and chocolate. They got a big thumbs up from my entire family.
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat together butter and sugars until creamy.
3. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
4. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt with a wire wisk. Add to the sugar mixture and mix well.
5. Stir in oats and chips and mix well.
6. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Cool for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
