Tastiest, easiest ice cream I have ever made! Watch out, it is addicting!
With an electric mixer or electric beaters, combine all ingredients. Put into your ice cream maker and let it churn for about 20-30 minutes.
It may still be “too soft” for ice cream, so put it in the freezer for a couple of hours.
Serve!
Makes about 1 quart.

You can’t taste the vodka. It keeps the texture soft. I think it would freeze really hard if you didn’t use it, but you could try.

what purpose does the vodka serve? could you make this recipe without it?
