Description

Perfectly crackly on top and chewy, gooey in the center Nutella-based brownies to please all the Nutella lovers out there.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Butter, Softened
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • ¾ cups Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8×8 pan and set it aside.

In a large bowl cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined. Mix in Nutella until smooth and fluffy. Add in flour and salt and mix until just combined.

Scoop batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake 30 minutes or until set in the center. Then remove pan from the oven and allow brownies to cool 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.

As the brownies cool they go from ooey gooey to chewy.

I made these last week and they are fabulous!! I used a chocolate mocha hazlenut spread and the flavors and texture were perfect! We all loved them! Especially with a scoup of vanilla ice cream on top!

This recipe was not only easy but delicious! I always felt like box mixes were the best – but this recipe rivals them and now will be a go to recipe as long as I have Nutella in the house! I made this for the first time yesterday and took some to a dinner with friends I hadn’t seen in 10 years. They loved it! I brought in two for my bosses today and will probably make a batch for my floor tomorrow. Chewy, moist, chocolatey with a hint of hazelnut. Irresistible!
