This is not the stale, crunchy, flat or tasteless disc of shame. These rice cakes are tender, crumbly cake bars that aren’t like your typical American dessert that will leave furry slippers on your teeth. Super easy, and handy to have around to calm your sweet tooth.
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Grease a 13×9 inch pan and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until batter is smooth. About 2 -3 minutes.
Pour batter into pan, bake for 45-50 minutes until the batter is set and the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Cut into squares when cool and serve.
