No bake! Chocolate peanut squares (homemade Reese’s).
Line a 9 x 13 pan with foil and then butter the foil; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the confectioner’s sugar, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs and butter. Mix well and then press evenly into the bottom of your prepared pan.
Combine topping ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl; heat until melted. (Do this in 20 seconds increments until it is melted so you don’t scorch the chocolate – stir in between each increment). Spread the melted topping mixture over the bottom layer. Refrigerate until completely cool (10-15 minutes).
Using the foil, lift out of pan. Cut into 1 inch squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

5 stars…excellent! I rarely (MAYBE once a year?) buy store-bought candy with all the preservatives, corn syrup, etc. Yet I DO understand why everyone in the family loves Reece’s… So…when I was looking for a recipe for a family dinner that didn’t involve baking (read: heating the oven on a warm afternoon), I was pretty happy to see this one! I was able to use organic ingredients, unsweetened/natural pb, etc., to make it a bit “healthier.” When I served them? They were GONE like yesterday! Everyone loved them. Thanks so much.

Wow! These taste just like Reese’s Cups! I’m going to hide them deep inside my refrigerator so nobody but me knows they’re there. Yummy!
