Description

This wonderful cookie pie is served best warm with ice cream and chocolate syrup! Kids’ favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Unbaked 9 Inch Pie Crust
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • ½ cups Flour
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • ½ cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • ¾ cups Softened Butter
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet Or Other Favorite)
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Beat eggs with a mixer on high until foamy.
Add flour, sugar, brown sugar and butter.
Stir in morsels and nuts.
Spoon into the unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 55 minutes.
