Description

Chocolate fudge brownies layered with berry Oreos and vanilla cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE BROWNIES:
  • 1 box Brownie Mix, 18 Ounce Box
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • ¼ cups Water
  • ½ cups Oil
  • 1 package (15 Oz. Size) Berry Burst Ice Cream Flavored Oreos
  • FOR THE CHEESECAKE:
  • 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Oz Size)
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 Oz. Can)
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

For the brownies:
Mix the brownie mix, eggs, oil and water in a large bowl until combined. Spread 1/2 of the batter into a greased 9×13 pan. Cover the brownie batter with berry Oreos placed side by side. Cover the Oreos with the rest of the brownie batter.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

For the cheesecake:
In another mixing bowl beat cream cheese, butter and cornstarch until fluffy. Beat in milk, egg and vanilla until smooth. Spoon cheesecake batter on top of the brownie batter.

Bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
