Gooey, chocolatey brownies. Best kind there is.
Melt the butter, mix in the caster sugar. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and vanilla sugar and sieve into the butter/sugar (or just dump the lot in if you’re using an electric mixer). Then add the eggs and mix until smooth. Chop the chocolate and add to the mixture (you can up the amount of chocolate if you like).
Pour into a greased baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees Centigrade.
