Easy, quick and delicious light dessert.
1. Mix cake mix, one egg, pecans, and melted butter. Beat by hand until well-mixed. Pat into a 9 x 13″ pan.
2. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and two eggs with hand mixer until smooth. Pour over cake batter.
3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes or until top is golden brown.
4. Enjoy!

These are delicious! I am always trying “lemon bars” recipes, so I tried these, but they are NOT your usual “lemon bars”. They are a combination of dense lemon pound cake and cheesecake. Kind of! My husband, who doesn’t like/eat “lemon bars”, absolutely loved these! I’ll be making these again and again …
