The amount of water needed will depend on the day—just add enough water until it comes together! Really, the weather can make a big difference!
You can put this dough in the refrigerator or use it now. If using it now, roll it out into the shape of your pie plate and then place it into your plate and fill with your favorite sweet or savory pie fillings and bake according to that recipe’s instructions.
