Who knew s’mores had so many variations? The possibilities are endless.
Break graham cracker in half. Spread almond butter on one half of the graham and place chocolate on top.
Roast marshmallow by whatever means necessary: open flame, sterno, broiler, microwave or over a burner. Shoot for a golden brown, though it is harder to tell with a coconut marshmallow. The goal is to get the insides all melted and mushy (that’s a technical cooking term, right?).
Slide the marshmallow off the skewer, stick or plate and onto the chocolate. Lick your fingers and top it all off with the remaining half of the graham cracker.
