Creamy, healthy frozen yogurt sundae made with peppermint, mint chips, whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
In a shallow freezer safe bowl, add yogurt, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, food coloring and mini chocolate chips; mix until well incorporated. Cover it with a sheet of plastic wrap or a lid. Place the bowl in the freezer for 1-2 hours, until yogurt is slightly frozen. If it’s too hard, just leave it on the counter to defrost a little before serving. Mix well with a spoon, place in a bowl and add whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
