Delicious, easy, and impressive fruit pastries! Perfect for showers, work events, and special dinners. No one has ever turned these down!
Thaw puff pastry as directed on box.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
When pastry is thawed, unfold and cut into small squares (you can use a small circle cutter or shot glass if you’d prefer)
Place pastry on greased baking sheet (or use parchment). Lightly brush pastry with melted butter, then place fruit* on top of pastry, and slightly push into dough. Sprinkle (liberally) with sugar.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until pastry is golden brown. Cool pastries on a baking rack.
*I haven’t tried other kinds of fruit with this recipe, but I have a feeling that any fruit would be delicious!
