Great dessert, after school snack, or anytime. Just 4 ingredients! Get to baking.
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray a mini muffin tin or prepare a nonstick pan.
Dust your work surface with flour and lay out one pie crust sheet. Cut into 3-inch wide strips down the length of the sheet, then cut into squares. You should have 12 squares of dough. Roll each square into a ball and place inside a well of the prepared mini muffin tin. Use the round end of a wooden spoon to create a small round well in the middle of the dough for the apple pie filling. (You can use your fingers too; the spoon works more quickly.) Set aside. Repeat with remaining dough.
In a bowl, add apple pie filling, cinnamon, and stir well. Fill all the wells until full. Add several pecan halves to the top of each tart.
Place into the oven on the middle rack and bake 12–14 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to rest before removing to cool. Store in an airtight container.
These are simple to make and very delicious. Enjoy!
