Here’s a delicious and super easy-to-make vegan 2-ingredient fudge recipe for coconut and chocolate lovers. The best part is that it doesn’t require cooking.
Melt chocolate. If you melt it in the microwave, stir it every 10–15 seconds because you can burn it.
Add coconut cream to the chocolate and mix well. Pour mixture into a small container or molds. Decorate with desiccated coconut and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
My molds were big, so I cut my bars in half once they had hardened.
