A light and heavenly concoction that melts in your mouth!
In heavy saucepan, combine chocolate and water. Cook over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove. Gradually stir in one egg yolk at a time. Stir in butter.
Whip egg whites until stiff. Fold into chocolate mixture. Turn into a well-buttered mold. Chill. Unmold. May be served covered with melted vanilla ice cream.
Serving suggestion: Champagne makes an excellent accompaniment.

Oh – my – GOODNESS! My favorite kind of chocolate! This will be served next week when friends come for dinner, which will be my Garlic Shrimp and Linguine. Proseca will be the wine of choice. Cheers!
