This is delicious on my Maple Pumpkin Pie, and really any pie for that matter. Throw a dollop in your coffee while you’re at it!

Pour whipping cream in a cold mixer bowl and whip until cream starts to thicken up.
Then add maple syrup and continue to whip until soft peaks start to form.
Spoon into a pretty dish and serve on the side of any pie or crisp; also delicious in coffee.
*Note this can be made several hours ahead of time. Store covered in plastic wrap in refrigerator.
