Remember that magical ice cream topping of the ’80s. It takes 2 ingredients, 30 seconds, and you’re in retro iced dessert bliss.
Combine the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 20-40 seconds. Stir and give another short nuke if necessary.
Pour over ice cream and let it sit for 30-60 seconds until it hardens.
Store at room temperature for up to 5 days.
