My daughter requested, after tasting a healthy sweet treat, that I turn it into a pie. It tastes like the real deal and can fool anyone!! Low fat, low calories, no added sugar—what could go wrong? Super easy to make! Kid-approved!
In a medium bowl, blend ingredients together. Pour into an 8-inch pie dish.
Refrigerate for four hours. Serve with favorite toppings or leave plain!
Notes:
Cooking time is refrigerator time
You can use a 9″ low-fat prepared graham cracker crust.
For single servings, use 2 heaping tablespoons of Greek yogurt, 1 heaping teaspoon of peanut butter, 2 teaspoons of sugar substitute (granular). Blend in a small dish. Can be consumed immediately or refrigerated like pie for half an hour.
