Fudge is such a decadent little desert that can breed a lot of regret. No more regret with this super simple fudge recipe.
Butter an 8×8 glass or ceramic baking dish. Line with parchment paper and allow the paper to hang over 2 sides of the dish.
Place all the ingredients in a heat-safe glass bowl (use one that fits over the top of the pot you will use) and put it over a pot with about 1 inch of simmering water in the bottom. Cook that way for about 10 minutes or until chocolate is melted. It will be very thick.
Pour into the prepared dish, smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
