The perfect dessert for fall with tart apples and a sweet, oatmeal crisp.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine the apples, sugar, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Spoon into an 8×8” baking dish coated with cooking spray.
For the topping, lightly spoon the flour into a dry measuring cup and level with a knife. Combine flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon and oil, stirring until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apple mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
