Creamy lemon pie.
Combine the cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix until smooth. Pour into pie crust.
Mix whipping cream and sugar until fluffy and add to top of pie. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

I’m thrilled to see this here! I grew up eating this made with meringue on top and in a graham cracker crust, but it’s always been a favorite. Also our recipe did not call for cream cheese, but I can imagine that gives it a little more structure and firmness. It’s all good.
