Super easy and quick! Lemony and fluffy!
Whip cream cheese with a mixer until light and fluffy. Slowly pour in sweetened condensed milk. Mix well (scraping down sides the sids of the bowl if necessary). Add lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into crust and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cut slices of the pie and then top with your choice of fruit filling.
Note: The prep time says 2 hours, but that is because of the chill time. This only takes about 10 minutes to make!
