Perfectly tart and sweet lemon bars with a shortbread crust.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Mix the ingredients for the crust. Pat into a 9″ square pan and bake for 15 minutes.
While the crust bakes, mix the ingredients for the filling. Pour into the just-baked crust. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
Mix together the ingredients for the glaze. Frost bars right when they come out of the oven. Allow bars to cool at room temperature. Store in the refrigerator and serve cool.
