A rich chocolate fudge sauce with a hint of Kahlua. Great on ice cream!
Place all ingredients (except Kahlua) in the top of a double boiler. Melt over low heat until sugar is dissolved and the texture is smooth and creamy. Once melted, remove from heat and add Kahlua; mix thoroughly.
Serve while warm, or keep in refrigerator until needed. Reheat for a few seconds in the microwave when ready to use. Makes one pint.
