Use leftover pie crust to make a delicious treat!
This is a great way to use up leftover pie crust – it’s so good you may even want to make extra dough just so you can have some Jam Tarts!
Spread your pie crust into a roughly rectangular shape with a rolling pin. Slather on as much or as little jam, jelly, preserves, etc. as you want. (Raspberry Jam is my favorite!) Roll it up tight and cut off 1″ sections.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 425 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or till lightly brown on top and around edges.
Enjoy!

I tried these last weekend! They are fantastic, and super simple! I didn’t have any leftover pie dough….so I used a store bought one. Drizzled with some powdered sugar icing…yum!
