Sweet, boozy sauce to pour over ice cream or all of your favorite desserts!
Melt the sugar in a pot over a low to medium flame. Keep an eye on it and do not walk away. When the sugar has completely melted, remove it from the heat and add the heavy cream. The mixture will bubble up. Return to a low heat and stir vigorously until all of the lumps are gone and the sauce is a light golden brown. Remove from the heat and immediately stir in the salt, coffee liqueur and Irish cream liqueur.
