A sweet and creamy pie that originated in the Hoosier state.
Mix together sugar, flour, and salt in medium sized heat proof mixing bowl.
Add water and butter and mix together.
Poke holes into bottom of unbaked pie shell and pour mixture in pie shell.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Take out and lower heat of oven to 350 degrees and bake again till pie is set.
