An easy, delicious, make-ahead dessert. Requires only 3 ingredients and no baking!
Place ice cream on counter for a few minutes to soften. Once softened, scoop it into the prepared pie crust until the crust is almost entirely covered with ice cream (this amount may vary a bit). Press down and spread the ice cream over the crust so that it is an even layer and fill it almost to the top of the crust (you’ll need a little room for the hot fudge sauce). Cover it with a sheet of plastic wrap and place in the freezer for at least an hour so that ice cream sets.
Remove pie from freezer and pour the entire jar of fudge topping over ice cream layer and spread with a spatula or spoon until completely covered. Cover it and return to freezer until ready to serve.
