This is my go-to hot fudge recipe for ice cream and brownies. It’s also a nice gift to package up for friends or family for the holidays.
In saucepan, melt chocolate and margarine. Add sugar. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Boil gently on low heat for 8 minutes. Stir often.
