Here’s a delicious vegan and paleo-friendly Almond Joy recipe that requires no cooking at all.
Mix coconut oil with coconut cream and maple syrup. Add almond butter and mix again. Lastly, add desiccated coconut cream and mix everything together.
Leave the mixture in the fridge for a while until it’s easier to work with.
Shape the bars by portioning out equal parts of the mixture.
When bars are ready, add an almond on top of each bar. You should be able to make 6 to 8 bars, depending on their size. Freeze the bars for 30–40 minutes.
Melt the chocolate and cover each bar. Once the first coating has dried, drizzle more melted chocolate for decoration.
Refrigerate until chocolate has hardened.
