Good for summer.
1. Beat egg yolks and sugar with an electric mixer until well blended and light in color.
2. Boil fresh cream and milk and add egg mixture and vanilla extract over slow heat.
3. Let it cool, then put it in the refrigerator for 5 hours and every 1 hour, beat with an electric mixer (or use an ice cream machine).
4. Serve with blueberry sauce.
To make the blueberry sauce, mix all the sauce ingredients and boil until mixed well, around 1 hour.
