A quick and simple brownie recipe with help from an old staple cake mix that turns out heavenly!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry cake mix, butter, extract and 1 egg. Add nuts if desired. Spead into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
Beat powdered sugar, cream cheese, and remaining 2 eggs together. Spread over the bottom layer.
Bake for 40-50 minutes until top is firm and allow to cool for at least 3 hours if not overnight. Slice and enjoy!
