An easy, tasty way to satisfy your sweet tooth, but with out all the guilt! Something so easy to make even the kids can make ‘em and eat ‘em up.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
Combine all the dry ingredients (cocoa powder, sugars, flour, baking soda and milk powder). Add the applesauce and vanilla, stir well until mixture is well combined.
Pour the batter into the baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until cake-like or springy.
Once cooled, cut into squares. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or top however you please. Hope you enjoy!
