Easy, healthy, no eggs, no added fat, and a serving size as big as my hand! These fudgy brownies melt in your mouth and no one would guess that tofu is the secret ingredient!
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray your brownie pan with cooking spray.
Place tofu, applesauce, sugar and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.
In a medium bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda. Add tofu mixture and stir until well combined and smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into your brownie pan (batter will be very thick). Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool completely before serving.
