A healthy take on the popular dessert. No oil required, and only 3 ingredients!
Preheat a small skillet over medium heat.
Grind cereal in a food processor or blender to make fine crumbs and then pour into small bowl. Slice banana in half crosswise and then again lengthwise to make 4 pieces.
Roll each slice of banana in the cereal, making sure to coat each side. Press cereal lightly into banana to ensure it sticks.
Place banana slices in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Flip over and cook another 2 minutes on the other side. Remove from skillet and top with vanilla ice cream.
