Don’t know how they got their name, but these are one-bowl, easy to make “cookies” and store well.
Mix coconut, chocolate chips and condensed milk in a large bowl. Slow add graham cracker crumbs a little at a time and blend well. Batter will be very, very thick.
Spread batter into a well-greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cut into small squares. Yummy.
