A dessert that’s so perfect for summer, you’ll end up making it year round.
Heat a grill or stove top grill pan over medium heat.
Add butter or nonstick spray to the grill grate/pan (this is optional but will help keep the peaches from sticking). Place peach halves cut-side down onto the grill/grill pan and grill for 5 minutes. Then flip and grill the peel side for another 5 minutes. Peaches are done when grill marks are clear and the peach inside is slightly soft.
Plate the peaches, add a scoop of vanilla yogurt (or flavor of your choosing), crumbled cookies and a drizzle of honey on top. Enjoy!
