Quick and easy summer dessert.
Preheat your grill to medium. Place the halved peaches, cut side up, and the blueberries on a double thickness sheet of tin foil. Squeeze lemon juice over peaches. Sprinkle with brown sugar. On top of peaches, dot with butter.
Fold tin foil up around peaches and blueberries and seal tightly. Place on the grill and let cook for 15 minutes until peaches are tender. Remove peaches and blueberries and the syrup that was created in the bottom of the tin foil to a dish.
Serve with your favorite ice cream.
