Caramel goodness!!
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Pop popcorn in air popper. Divide into three large foil pans and set aside.
In sauce pan add margarine, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt over medium heat. Stir and bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes then remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla. Stir well. Divide evenly over pans of popcorn, and stir well. Then bake for 1 hour stirring pans every 15 minutes. When done lay out on cooling rack. When cool break apart and then put in airtight containers. Enjoy!!
