This is such a easy brownie recipe. You use a pre-made brownie mix. This recipe is even better if you add chocolate ice cream to the finished product. And it is gluten-free, yea!
Mix the brownie mix, oil, water and egg. Put the dough in a oiled 12×12 inch baking pan. Bake the brownies at 350ºF for 30 minutes. Let them cool for 10 minutes, then top with caramel sauce and coconut.
