Grilled peaches are a must have every fall in our home. Serve with your favorite sorbet or ice cream.
Heat the grill to medium-high. Slice peaches in half and remove the pit. Mix cinnamon and sugar on a plate and press the peaches, flesh side down, into the mixture. Use light pressure the make sure the sugar sticks.
Turn grill to low and once it’s heated place the peaches onto the grill, flesh side down. Sear the peaches for 3-5 minutes. Then place peaches on the top rack (or over indirect heat) and cook with the grill lid closed for 25-30 minutes until peaches are tender.
Serve warm with your favorite sorbet (I like raspberry or mango) or ice cream.
