Description

Great frozen dessert for the children and adults on a hot summer evening.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Ripe Bananas, Peeled
  • 2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter (Any Brand)
  • 10 whole Sheets Of Chocolate Graham Crackers (4 Small Rectangles Per Sheet), Crushed
  • 3 Tablespoons Sweet Cream Butter, Melted
  • 1 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsel Chips

Preparation

In a mixing bowl add ripe bananas and smash them up with a spoon (or potato masher). Add creamy peanut butter and mix together.

In another small bowl add crushed chocolate graham crackers. (I put the graham crackers in a zip lock bag and crush them use a rolling pin going back and forth across the crackers.) Add melted butter and use a fork to mix together.

In an 8 x 8 baking dish add the chocolate graham cracker crumbs/butter and use an offset spatula to pat it down into the bottom of the baking dish. Add the smashed bananas/peanut butter on top of the graham crackers and spread it out with an offset spatula.

In a microwave safe bowl melt the semi-sweet chocolate morsel chips in one minute intervals, until melted. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the entire dish. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

Remove from freezer and cut into your preferred size squares. Serve and enjoy!
