An amazing and slightly healthier treat than traditional ice cream. Creamy frozen banana encased in a crispy chocolate shell and coated with chopped walnuts.
Peel and halve the banana. Insert a lolly stick into each half. Freeze the bananas for 3 hours, or overnight.
For the chocolate sauce, place a heatproof bowl over a small pan of boiling water and melt chocolate. Add coconut milk and combine. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20-second bursts.
Holding the lollies over a bowl, use a spoon to drizzle the chocolate sauce over the top. Over a different bowl, immediately sprinkle the nuts over while turning. Word of warning: the sauce will harden very quickly.
Return to the freezer for at least 2 hours and enjoy!
