Try this healthy non-dairy ice cream made from frozen bananas! This delicious clean and easy to prepare frozen treat only has 4 ingredients and takes only 5 minutes to prepare. It’s also dairy-free with no added sugar.
Add frozen bananas to the blender or food processor. Add marjool dates, macadamia nut butter, vanilla extract and ice cubes to blender.
Place the lid on the blender and start blending on a low variable speed for a few seconds and then switch to high. (If using a Vitamix, make sure to use the tamper.) Blend until it becomes creamy, but make sure not to over-blend or it will turn into a smoothie. The end result should look like soft-serve ice cream.
