Frostalicious icing with a butter base; perfect for cupcakes, cakes and cake pops.
Add all ingredients to a mixer bowl and, using a paddle attachment, blend well together.
Notes:
Can be frozen for 3-6 months.
Can easily be halved, doubled, tripled, etc.
