A terrific dessert for children at a party function.
Adults love them too!
Add the fruit into a saucepan on low heat and cook for 5 minutes (the fruit will begin to break down). Stir, transfer to a food processor or use an immersion blender and puree the fruit. Add honey and gelatin and blend until combined.
Add mixture int an 8″ x 8″ glass or ceramic dish and smooth it with an offset spatula. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight for the best results.
When ready to serve cut into your desired size squares. Enjoy!
