No ice cream freezer needed! Simple and yummy.
Combine all ingredients, except cookie dough, in a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute. Pour mixture into a freezable plastic bowl. Place in freezer for 20 minutes. Remove and fold in teaspoon size chunks of cookie dough into ice cream. Return to freezer for another 40 minutes to 1 hour. Scoop out and enjoy!
