This is an amazingly easy, divinely yummy vanilla ice cream. All you need is about a half hour and a really, really big bowl!
Put the milk and sugar into a bowl and then mix with an electric mixer until the sugar is dissolved. Then mix in the vanilla. Taste test. To me you can really taste the vanilla.
Add the heavy cream and use the mixer to slowly mix it all up. Don’t go too fast, or you’ll have whipped cream.
Pour it into your ice cream freezer and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions for about 25 minutes.
Transfer to a container and let it sit in the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
Enjoy and try not to eat it all in one sitting.
